As the Content Coordinator for Microsoft Store I had the opportunity to work under the Integrated Marketing team on email marketing campaigns. Part of my work included sending promotional and transactional campaigns to over 100M Microsoft customers on a global scale and leading content design and weekly creative reviews across the team and with various stakeholders.
Here are a few projects I got to work on which included, cultural moments such as AAPIHM, Women’s History Month, Global Accessibility Awareness Day, and Pi Day.
Through these projects I was able to polish and improve on my skills in writing, data analytics on Azure DevOps, Salesforce, and Adobe/Google Analytics, and creative tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft’s Content Creator program to create polished and branded creative for Microsoft Store.
